

I made roasted chicken and Havarti sandwiches on whole wheat bread. Cut them up into little triangles and added some apple slices for a pop of color in the top tier.
Mini watermelon slices in the bottom tier.

What started out as bento curiosity has turned into a full blown obsession. Bento boxes are fun, but in the end, its about getting my kids to eat...something, anything (with some nutritional value).
